Beverly Montessori School offers families a tuition credit program, BMS Harvest.  Through BMS Harvest, you can buy gift certificates or gift cards for the same stores where you already shop.  This is how the program works:

The Harvest program purchases gift certificates/cards from Great Lake Scrip Company and many local merchants.  Great Lakes Scrip and the local merchants sell us the certificates at a discount.  We then sell them to you at face value.  This example illustrates how your participation in the Harvest program supports our school and earns you tuition credit:

Purchase $100 in Jewel grocery gift cards.   Harvest receives the certificates at a 4% discount or $4.  Two dollars goes to BeverlyMontessoriSchool and $2 goes towards your tuition credit.  If you average $100 a week in groceries, we can earn $208 over 12 months or $104 to the school and $104 toward tuition credit.

This is just from groceries.  After looking over the list of merchants, it is easy to see that the earning potential is endless.

As an added incentive, when a family earns $200 in tuition credit and $200 for the school, 100% of the profit on future orders will go to the family as tuition credit.  The tuition credit is issued in April and/or May.  Some families choose to give 100% profit to the school and not receive a tuition credit.  We are very appreciative of their gift!

The Harvest program can be used by anyone.  Grandparents, alumni, aunts, uncles, neighbors, friends are welcome to place orders.  When someone else orders, they can give your family credit by writing your child’s name on the order form.

Orders are taken twice a month during the school year and monthly during the summer. All orders are due at the school by 12:30 PM on Wednesdays and are ready for pick-up the following Thursday or sooner when available. Orders need to be prepaid. Checks are preferred.

Stock Orders
In addition to the bi-monthly orders, the school carries a supply of select certificates in stock.  These can be purchased on a cash and carry basis.  To purchase these certificates:

1. you need to fill out your order form, and print it,
2. mark it “STOCK ORDER,”  
3. send the form and your payment with your child to school/or drop it off yourself,
4. receive the certificates at dismissal time/or at the same time you order!!!
